The Swing Arm is installed at the top of the Fiberglass pole and helps to keep the line from wrapping around the pole. This enables the kite to rise and fall freely with the wind.
The white nylon sleeve is forced over the tip section of the pole. For added security apply super glue to the inside the the sleeve before installing.
Attach one end of the Kite Line to the metal loop and the other end of the Line to your Kite to Fly like a windsock.
